FAQs
What qualifies as a general plumbing installation?
It includes installing or replacing fixtures like toilets, faucets, sinks, bathtubs, garbage disposals, and connecting appliances like dishwashers or washing machines to your plumbing system.
Can I supply my own fixtures?
Absolutely! We’re happy to install customer-supplied fixtures. We’ll also inspect them to make sure they’re compatible and recommend any fittings or adjustments if needed.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most standard installs — like toilets, faucets, or disposals — take 1–2 hours. Larger jobs such as tubs or full bathroom setups may take longer, and we’ll give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do I need a permit for plumbing fixture installation?
For basic fixture replacements, permits are usually not required. However, for major installations or remodels, a permit may be needed. We’ll advise and handle it if required.
Will you remove the old fixtures?
Yes. We remove and responsibly dispose of old fixtures unless you prefer to keep them. We always clean up the workspace before leaving.
What should I do before installation day?
Make sure the work area is accessible and clear. If you’re replacing kitchen or bathroom fixtures, remove personal items nearby to ensure a smooth and safe process.
Do you offer any warranties on installations?
Yes. All general plumbing installations come with a workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties may apply to fixtures we install.
